* Patients with unprovoked hypercoagulability, arterial and venous thrombi, late pregnancy loss, multiple early pregnancy losses

What It Means
If >2x ULN on two occasions separated by 12 weeks (esp for IgG), associated with thrombosis and pregnancy loss (anti-phospholipid Ab syndrome)
